My autumn goals

It’s the first day of September which means autumn is here, but the weather still feels like summer. My summer was okay, I survived the heatwave and if there is something I don’t like it’s hot weather. Other than that, it was good with a lot of swimming, doing things here in Copenhagen and spending time with our kitten, Nimbu.

Last week I went back to school and last weekend we went to my cousin’s christening and his mother’s round birthday, we had a good time.

Our outfits for the family event

The picture of Daniel and I was taken on our way home because we didn’t take any pictures at the event.

Because I want to get and continue with some good habits I’m setting some goals for September, October, and November, not too many but some I know will be possible to achieve.

·      Walk at least 10 km every day
·      Go for a swim 2 times a week at the harbour bath in September
·      Workout at least 3 times a week
·      Do some photography at least once a week
·      Try to keep my sleep schedule everyday

Evening walk

Walking and working out are the goals I’m almost sure I can accomplish. I have been in the routine of walking 10 km a day but being back at school I have to get into the routine of walking and especially the days with online class. Today I did reach the 10 km which is a good start.

Going for a swim 2 times a week depends on the weather, so long as the weather just keeps dry, I think I can reach that goal as well, but I don’t think there will be too many evening swims.

Both my photo and sleep schedule goals depend on how busy I am with my studies, I try to keep my weekends and evenings as study-free as possible. I want to get a good life balance, with as little stress as possible, because I believe it gives you a better and happier life.
