When it comes to the question if I work better in the morning or at night, it really depends on a lot of things. I have an idea about when you get up early and start doing things from the morning you have more time to do things, but to be able to do that you need a good nights sleep. Another thing that is very important for me when it comes to getting work done is to get out. Staying at home all day trying to get things done doesn’t work for me at all, there are too many distractions at home. Today is a good example of a day that started out good but I made 1 mistake which meant that that I ended up not doing everything that I had planned.
I got up at 8:30am because I didn’t go early to bed yesterday, made a vegan smoothie, got ready and went to the gym. I was at the gym for 1 hour where I did cardio and stretching, after my workout I went home to make oatmeal with blueberries and tea. All that was good, but I thought I could write my assignment at home, which was a bad idea. I didn’t write as much as I had hoped, but now I know that I have to go somewhere else tomorrow to be able to concentrate 100%.
One thing I can say it was so good being at the gym again, Daniel and I must make it a part of our week like we use to. Tomorrow I’ll also go to the gym, but study and write my assignment someplace else than home, and hopefully we’re having dinner at a nice place.
