Happy pride to everyone in Copenhagen! I hope you all had or still are having fun.
Our pride started Thursday where Daniel and I went to Centralhjørnet, the oldest gay bar in the world, which by the way turned 100 year this spring. Daniel’s older brother was preforming with his group Sound. It was good but because the bar is so small it was packed and very hot.
Earlier that day I had been out filming some scenes for one of the Unicorn Squad projects.
Friday I was off work, it was really good that I was off that day because it was Drag Night at Pride Square, and I LOVE Drag Night. This year’s guest star from RuPaul’s Drag Race was Katya, and she did an amazing show and was really funny, as I expected. A lot of the Danish Queens I know did some really amazing shows, but I must say that there was one show that made the night magical and unforgettable. Tinus, who I know personally, proposed to his boyfriend on stage during his show. It was so beautiful and if I hadn’t already had glitter tears, I would surely have had it after. Congratulation to the beautiful couple, Tinus and Martin and thank you for sharing a moment of true love.
We came home a bit late after Drag Night and both Daniel and I had to work Saturday. I had a closing shift and was off work at 8:15pm and on Sunday I’m already starting at 10am.
