I wouldn’t say that I’m good at taking care of myself when I’m stressed, but I’m getting better at it. Before I didn’t listen to my body warning me, but I’m much more aware of it now.
I don’t push myself too hard, I try to plan my day/week and I take time to myself and together with Daniel.
I am feeling a bit stressed lately, I think it’s because of all the things I have on my mind. Sometimes I feel that there aren’t enough hours in a day. I hope tomorrow goes well.
